HOW CAN I SIGN UP?
You can sign up as an affiliate marketer Clicking on Become Our Realtor, carefully read and fill out the form and send. You can also send a message to our whatsapp line to speed up your registration process. you will get a text once your registration has been successfully completed.
HOW MUCH IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Basic Level @ N1,500 (No Indirect commissions/ Earnings)
Level 1 @ N21,500(One downline, 3% indirect commission/ earnings)
Level 2 @ N31,500 (Two downlines, 3% and 2% indirect commission
Please note:
- You can always start with the basic level, then upgrade at a later time to enable you access your downline commissions.
- You will not receive any commission on your downline sales if you are yet to upgrade your registration to level 1 or level 2
- The Upgrade process takes a period of 5-working days to complete. This means you need to upgrade 5days ahead of your downline sales.
IS REGISTRATION COMPULSORY?
The registration fee is compulsory as long as you are going to be a registered affiliate and earn up to 5% indirect commission.
CAN I REGISTER AT ANYTIME?
Yes, However, your registration is not considered active until after the processing period of 7-working days. This means you cannot be paid 10% direct sales commission because that right is reserved only for our fully Registered realtors. You will however get 8% commission on sales made as an independent marketer. You also cannot get any downline privileges such as the extra 5%percent indirect commission. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CLAUSE, YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO FAST-TRACK YOUR REGISTRATION.
WHAT IS REGISTRATION FAST-TRACK?
Registration Fast-Tack is a process of processing your registration in under 24-hours to grant you full membership and membership privileges. This process was introduced to enabled our aspiring realtors become fully registered members in less than 24-hours. This grants them instant access to all privileges due, regardless of when they register.
HOW DO I FAST-TRACK MY REGISTRATION?
Fast-Tracking your registration process, you will be required to pay a fee and provide some details which includes Full name, Number, Names of your downliners or Upliners if any and Your Bank Details.

Basic Level Realtor You are required to pay N32,000 Only
Level One Realtor You are required to pay N48,000 Only
Level Two Realtor You are required to pay N64,000 Only
IF I OPT FOR FAST-TRACK, AM I STILL REQUIRED TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE SEPARATELY?
NO. The FAST-TRACK Payment serves as your registration fee.
MUST I BE SOMEONE’S DOWNLINE?
You must not. You can sign up directly except if you were referred or invited by someone. You automatically become their downline if they are fully registered or have upgraded their account.
MUST I GET A DOWNLINE?
You must not get a downline but it is expedient that you do if you are interested in getting upto 5% indirect commissions.
WHAT IF I LACK MARKETING SKILLS, CAN I STILL SIGN UP?
You do not need to have prior marketing skills before joining our team of affiliate marketers. We also host seminars to train our realtors and offer materials to help equip them for sales.
